Oscart and Tele-Signal are now two hands on one screen

Oscart, the software specialist in screen applications, is joining forces with Tele-Signal, the system integrator of audiovisual screens. From now on, Oscart will function as a skilled one-stop shop for digital screens, an easy cloud platform and creative content.

Tele signal

Leopold Vansteenkiste started Tele-Signal Electronics in 1978, a company that rented televisions to healthcare centers and hospitals. In the second generation, Freddy Verbrugghe expanded the business considerably. In 2003, his son Jochen Verbrugghe took over the torch. Tele-Signal's range has broadened considerably over the years. In addition to the early customers in the healthcare sector, numerous hotels, holiday parks, city services and companies were added: all accounting for almost 45,000 screens installed.

Oscart

As a manufacturer, Oscart has been supplying a smart cloud application since 2015 that allows customers to manage their digital screens 1-2-3 and inform people interactively. Moving images are processed up to 60,000 times faster than text and the eye can register up to 36,000 visual messages per hour. In other words, this digital tool is an energy and cost-efficient answer to the message boards of the past.

With combined strength

From now on, Oscart Group customers will receive a total solution in which software, hardware and (shareable) content function under one roof. The aim is to realize and support the international ambitions in the long term.

International growth

Despite the competition, Oscart scores very well on important parameters such as user-friendliness, with the vertical integrations per target group as an asset. Companies that have multiple branches can use the new package to streamline all information about the various houses, anywhere in the world.

In the world of 'digital signage', Oscart wants to be the reference par excellence as a European player.
